Services Provided:

Aqua Bonsai provides excellent aquarium and koi pond maintenance, implementing the utmost care for your fish and pond needs. Aqua Bonsai trees, creatures, as well as Shrimp Spheres, have been a unique creation by Aqua Bonsai. Please inquire for more information. All custom designs and artwork is subject to copyright and trademark, and cannot be copied or used with permission. 

Policies:

Methods, treatments, and procedures are explained and agreed upon before service. For custom jobs, proposals are written out and reviewed by both parties, with a mutually agreed and signed contract with payment scheduling. Full payment is due upon service for new customers. For regular clients, a payment date can be arranged. There is a fee for emergency visits, besides services rendered.

For Aqua Bonsai Trees, Creatures, and Shrimp Spheres:

No refunds. Exchanges welcome. I guarantee live arrivals on the Shrimp Spheres. If any little creatures were damaged en route, please send me photographs upon immediate arrival of order.  Customer responsible for shipping on exchange transactions. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me. I try to make each customer satisfied, so if you have questions about a certain piece, please contact me beforehand to make a well informed purchase.

Shipping:

Orders will be shipped within the USA, via USPS Priority Mail based on size of bonsai or sphere piece, out of Massachusetts, USA. Shipments are insured. Shrimp Spheres are shipped every Tuesday.  Aqua Bonsai trees ship 21 days from the date of payment as the trees are made when ordered. International customers, please contact me for pricing. International customers are responsible for customs, duties, etc.
Aqua Bonsai is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft after sending out order.
